At One's Gallery we want to ensure that your
art shopping experience is a pleasant one. Therefore we have put together
a comprehensive return policy to ensure that you shop with confidence and
peace of mind.
Returns
We want to provide you with excellent and
prompt customer service; therefore, in the event of a return, please call
us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please keep the original
paperwork handy and keep your items in their original packaging. In order
to receive a refund, you must have a receipt; otherwise, you can receive
credit for future purchases.
Lost /Damaged Items
At One’s Gallery we take great pride in the
quality of our products, as well as in our attention to details. This is
evident in the care that we take to ensure that the product you purchase
is of the highest quality, it is packaged correctly and arrives in a
timely and presentable manner.
The receipt of a damaged work of art is a
very rare event, considering that we package your artwork carefully and
efficiently. Lost shipments are equally as rare. However, in the unlikely
event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, an
appropriate insurance claim should be filed with the original carrier.
Since we are here to help you, we will guide you through the process and
provide you with all the necessary information to expedite your claim.
Shipping Insurance
We encourage our collectors to accept the
optional insurance option when placing an order. This is aimed to protect
you in the event that your items arrive damaged or are lost during
shipping. It is important to note that if you decline the optional
insurance option during your order, we will not be responsible for
replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are provided for the original
purchase price, minus shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20%. A refund
for the original purchase price, including shipping, applicable taxes and
return shipping will be paid if the return is the result of our error.
Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of receiving the
return.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason if
it has not yet shipped. Please consider that in our constant effort to
ensure a prompt receipt of your purchased art, we try our very best to
ship items within 24 hours of the placement of your order. If you attempt
to cancel and the order has already ship, we will gladly arrange the
return of the product; however, this will then be considered a return and
not a cancellation. In this case your refund will reflect only the
original purchase price, minus shipping and 20% restocking fee.
This policy applies only to items purchased
online through OnesGallery.com with the exception of custom artwork or
personalized work, which may not be returned. |
